The list of statuses tickets can be set to. A status can't be deleted while any ticket currently has it — move those tickets to a different status first. A status marked "Requires outgoing test" can't be selected on a ticket until every item on the Outgoing Test Checklist below is marked Pass.

The list of priority levels tickets can be set to (Low/Normal/High/Urgent by default). A priority can't be deleted while any ticket currently has it — move those tickets to a different priority first.
Optionally set a Turnaround (days) for a priority — e.g. 3 for "Moderate Repair (Within 3 Days Repair)". Once a ticket carries that priority, a countdown starts automatically; if it's still open when the countdown runs out, the ticket is flagged "Delay Form Issued" and its status is locked until an admin reactivates it. Leave it blank for priorities that shouldn't be tracked this way.

One checklist per device category, shown on both ends of a repair — at Intake (New Ticket Step 2, Pre-Repair Condition) and again at Outgoing (post-repair QC, before a ticket can move into a status that requires it — see Ticket Statuses above). Edit it here once and both places stay in sync. At Outgoing, every item must be marked Pass — a Fail or an unanswered item blocks the status change. "Visual Inspection" always shows at Intake too, separately from this list, and can't be removed. Each device category has its own checklist — a Mobile Phone ticket only shows the Mobile Phone items below, a Laptop ticket only the Laptop items, and so on.

Printed on the Device Intake Slip when a ticket is created, above the customer's signature. Editing this updates it for every future intake print immediately.
Printed on the Invoice, above the customer's signature. This is separate from the Intake Terms above — Intake prints when the device is dropped off, this prints with the bill. Editing this updates it for every future invoice print immediately.
Applied automatically whenever a ticket's Final Cost is set or changed — the invoice's Sub Total, SalesTax, and Total are recalculated at that rate right away.
An open repair ticket with no status change, note, or other update for this many hours shows up under the Tickets list's "Needs Attention" filter — catches a repair that's done but never got entered into the system.
Lets staff email a client directly from a ticket (Settings > Permissions controls who can send). This is one-way — a client's reply lands in this mailbox's normal inbox, not back in the ticket.
Canned messages staff can pick from when emailing a client from a ticket. Use
{{client_name}}, {{ticket_number}}, {{device}} and
{{staff_name}} — they're filled in automatically when a template is chosen,
and the result can still be edited before sending.

Upload a RepairDesk-style Tickets export (.xlsx) — same format as the command-line import script. Safe to re-run: any ticket number already in the database is skipped.
Upload a RepairDesk-style Invoices export (.xlsx). Import tickets first — an invoice can only be linked in when its ticket number is already in the database. Walk-in sales with no ticket number are imported too, with the Ticket # left blank — no placeholder ticket is created for them. Safe to re-run: any invoice already imported is skipped.
Controls what each role can add or delete. Admin can always do everything — that column isn't editable, so admin access can never be locked out by a misconfiguration here. Staff management and legacy data import are always admin-only and aren't listed below, for the same reason.

Required for every payment — whichever POS invoice(s) this amount was actually rung up under, so payments here tally to real POS invoices. The ticket can't be closed until every payment has one.
Upload an Excel/CSV (first sheet) with columns Branch ID, Product ID, SKU, Name, Brand, Category, Supplier, Cost, Price, Current Stock, Low Stock Threshold. It matches an existing part by Product ID, then SKU, then name and updates it; anything unmatched creates a new part. A "Current Stock" number on an existing part is added on top of what's already there, not overwritten.
